This project is a rehabilitation of an old office building with new floorplans and new facades. The existing concrete facade elements will be cladded with bright white vertical profiles on the top floor to provide an interesting experience of this long monotonic wall. On the ground floor the concrete will be replaced by a glass facade in order to open the retail area towards the street.
